So we're home and dad, baby, and mom are doing well. I'm recovering from my c-section which is not fun however it's what I had to do to deliver a healthy and beautiful daughter. Gabriella is on another schedule than mommy and daddy. During the day she sleeps and at night she's looking around and wanting to be held and cuddled with.
We had a little excitement today. We had to take Gabby to her first doctor's appointment today. It went extremely well. She didn't cry when they put her bare body on the scale nor when the doctor was holding her and assessing her. She still weights what she weighted when we left the hospital, 5 lbs 15oz. Her appointment went well, everything is healthy and normal and we go back in 2 weeks for another appointment...thankfully no shots for a while.
