Yep, you got it! Gabby!! Sunday for Mother's Day that was her gift to me. She was taking steps all day long. It's amazing, she went from Saturday just cruising (holding on to things as she walks) like she always does to Sunday just taking off. All this week thus far she's doing the same. She usually starts by holding on to something and then lets go and take about 4-5 steps before she either sits or falls down. Our little baby is no longer a baby but almost a toddler. She's off bottles and now walking, and only uses a paci for bedtime. How did this happen so fast? I will try you to upload a video when I get more than 5 minutes to myself. I actually have to blog now from work when my kids are napping because I get no time at home. Ray has worked until 11-12am every night since Monday, so as soon as I can I will post a video. Until then....

Gabby 11 months old
I'm sorry I'm behind, it seems like the older Gabby gets the longer it takes me to post updates huh? Well Gabby turned 11 months the end of April. She is the sweetest, silly girl, with a big personality. She's so outgoing and speaks to everyone she sees. Here is a list of current NEW things Miss Gabriella is doing.
...She has 2 more bottom teeth that broke through (making it 4 on the bottom and 2 on the top)
...Based off our home scale she weights about 19 lbs.
...She is not OFF the bottle and drink solely from big girl sippy cups
...She is solely feeding herself finger foods and doesn't like much help at all
...started swim classes and loves the water (still working on grass and sand)
...She still cruises around the house holding on to things (I can get her to walk by holding the ends of a jump rope and I hold at the center, she thinks she's holding on so she walks!!)
...Her words are, mama, dada, bu (book), hi, hey, bye-bye, whas da (what's that), ball
...She points to things and looks with curiosity or says, "whas da?" and takes the house and cell phone and holds up to her ear as if she's talking to someone.
...climbs the stairs like a pro
...loves to climb anyone or anything
...she also loves to just play by herself. She's very independent and will play and look through books which is very helpful for mom, because it allows some down time for me from work and home as well as time to get some small "quick" things done in the house.
...This isn't new but it's one thing I LOVE she loves to hug you and says awe as she's hugging along with a pat on the back! It's amazing what they mimic from us.
...plush animals are one of her favorite toys like her cousin Sydney and anything that makes noise of course.
