It's Official!!
Friday I went to the doctor to get blood drawn called an HcG test to test the pregnancy hormone in my blood. Well they called back Monday to confirm that I am pregnant! I also went back today to have the same test done in order for them to see how my numbers are doubling. Routine procedure so it's nothing to worry about. After tomorrow, I will know how things are looking and will be heading back in about a week in a half for my first ultrasound! Continue to keep us in your prayers.*BTW two other friends from church that we have recently hooked up with and hang out on a weekly basis also found out they are pregnant too! I'm going to have 2 friends to get preggo with and one found out today she is a week ahead of me! How exciting! Hopefully there will be a couple more soon to follow*

Just the 2 of us plus BABY make 3!
What a week! After 6 rounds of clomid (fertility drug), HSG procedureand an appointment made to meet with a Reproductive Endocronoligist (fertility specialist I never had to see) Ray and I finally got our blessing from God...a BFP Monday September 22, 2008!! (Big Fat Positive). We are so estatic and still in shock as well. The road to our BFP was not a fun one, however our faith and love for God has grown stronger and stronger through this experience. Seeing two pink lines was so shocking I had to go to Wal-mart to get a digital test that actually said "PREGNANT" Please keep our family in your prayers!!

My Heart is a cross the World

This week has been a very emotional week for my family. My sister Tamera is officially in Spain as of 3 am in the US and 11 am in Espana (Spain in Spanish). She is located in a city called Vilagarcia de Arousa, Spain. She came by my school on Wednesday to see me and we had late lunch at Quiznos because she was craving a salad from there that I might add was delicious. After eating we walked around the shopping plaza talking and just enjoying each other's company. Soon she had to head off to Greensboro to see our brother before heading to Wilmington where she was flying out of to Philadelphia. We hugged each other and decided we would not use the word bye but I'll see you later or I'll see you soon! I then begin to cry although I didn't want to, not in front of her. After I got in my car and drove off I boo hoo all the way to my house and then some more. This is the longest and furthest I have ever been away from my sister. I had so many thought running through my head: one being I'm glad we became close over the years and wish we were this way as kids.
So far I get to talk to my sister through email. She got a blackberry phone so she could talk to us all the time and I have email set up on my phone as well. Tamera is having to adjust to being away for family and being in a new country. She informed me that she loves her hotel room better than her apartment and the only food she has enjoyed is salads...this is so Tamera! I love you sis!!
